A brief history

In 1964, Jerry Backer established Brandon Plumbing and Heating, Inc. He "did it all" earning multiple professional licenses in the plumbing trade. His son, Keith Backer, learned the industry by watching and working for his dad from a young age.  Larry Narum also worked with his father in the industry from a very young age and furthered his education for the trade at Mitchell Tec, then started working for Brandon P & H in 1985.

Keith and Larry bought Brandon Plumbing and Heating and continued to successfully grow the business.  In November 2009, the company moved into its newly constructed headquarters at 821 Birch Street in Brandon.. The 8,400 square-foot facility includes prefabrication equipment for plumbing and heating, as well as administrative offices and an expansive warehouse, which was essential for the company's continued growth and technological advancement in its industry.
